Pilates is a training method that focuses on core strengthening, stability, posture and breathing. It improves strength, flexibility and balance.
In this group class, you’ll learn to mobilize your deep muscles, correct your posture and develop greater body awareness.

It is also an excellent complement to other sports disciplines, as it improves mobility, recovery and coordination!

Pilates sessions are also included in the Full Accès membership.
