By registering for a Victorious Dojo membership or service, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the relationship between you and Victorious Dojo Sàrl.
Please read these conditions carefully before entering into an agreement with us.
2. Service description
Victorious Dojo Sàrl is a combat sports training center offering group classes and private training in a variety of combat disciplines. We offer a wide range of classes and personal training sessions designed to meet the needs of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
3. Membership plans
We offer two methods of payment for membership:
- Half-yearly membership
- Annual membership
Please note that our :
- are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the membership contract has been signed.
- are not automatically renewable. When a subscription expires, the customer will be informed and can choose to renew it for a new period.
Victorious Dojo reserves the right to modify membership fees at any time. Each affiliate will be informed of these changes and asked if he/she agrees to them. If an affiliate does not agree to the price change, they are free to cancel their membership.
Victorious Dojo Sàrl reserves the right to terminate your contract at any time without notice. This will occur if an individual does not adhere to the Dojo’s conduct policy as posted on our official website. If an individual uses excessive force during training, verbally abuses staff or others, or in any way compromises the safety and integrity of Victorious Dojo, they will be immediately expelled from the facility and their contract will be immediately terminated without refund.
4. Cancellation and no-show policy
Group lessons :
- Cancellations can be made up to 30 minutes before the scheduled class time via the VirtuaGym application.
- If a cancellation is made within 30 minutes of the lesson, or if the customer fails to show up without cancelling, a charge of CHF 20 will be applied for the missed group lesson, which the member must pay the next time he or she enters the facility.
Private lessons :
- Cancellations must be coordinated directly with the coach or via Victorious Dojo reception. In the event of cancellation less than one hour before the start of the session, or if the client fails to show up without warning, a fee of 150 CHF will be charged to the member.
5. Reservations and payments
All class reservations, purchases and payments are managed exclusively through the VirtuaGym platform. You agree to use the platform to manage your bookings and payments according to the instructions provided by Victorious Dojo.
6. Third-party software
Victorious Dojo Sàrl uses third-party software provided by VirtuaGym, thereby obliging all affiliates to use the service for the management of class reservations, payments and membership services. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to comply with VirtuaGym’s terms of use and policies, which may be updated from time to time.
7. Liability
Victorious Dojo Sàrl will not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage caused to persons or property while participating in classes or on the premises. Participation in all combat sports activities involves inherent risks, and customers must assume personal responsibility for their safety on the premises.
Victorious Dojo Sàrl is not responsible for theft committed on the premises, and each person is responsible for his or her own property.
Taking legal action against Victorious Dojo Sàrl does not relieve you of your payment obligations if you have an outstanding debt. All payments must be settled on time, failing which late fees will be applied and accrue.
Each affiliate is responsible for the personal information they provide to Victorious Dojo. We accept no responsibility for inaccurate information.
8. Changes to conditions
Victorious Dojo Sàrl reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes and continued use of our services following such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Applicable law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
